Schorr, esq. was recently quoted on American Management Group’s property management website in an article entitled “How to (Graciously) Break a Lease“.  In the article, attorney Zachary D. Schorr provides advice both from the perspective of a landlord and that of a tenant.  The basic advice is plan ahead so that when unforeseen circumstances arise or a change of circumstances occurs withe rate landlord or the tenant will have a way to part ways amicably.
